1. What is Whitecourt Delivers?

Whitecourt Delivers is the best way to order food online. We're here to help you easily find and order delicious food from your favorite restaurants so you can get back to your busy life. We've modernized food ordering to provide you the convenience, control, and accuracy of ordering online. No more pamphlets, paper menus, or repeating yourself on the phone.

You can now conveniently find the restaurants you want, place a pickup or delivery order online and send it electronically to the restaurant. You can pay with cash, credit card, or debit card online.



2. Where does Whitecourt Delivers operate?

We currently feature restaurants and stores in the Whitecourt area. Visit our home page for the full list of restaurants and stores. Want to have Whitecourt Delivers in your town? Send us a note to info@WhitecourtDelivers.com and we’ll do our best to be there!



3. Where can I leave comments/feedback for Whitecourt Delivers?

Also, after you place an order with Whitecourt Delivers you will have the ability to review the restaurant and Driver experience under “Order History” in your Whitecourt Delivers account.



Placing an Order

1. How do I order from a restaurant using Whitecourt Delivers?

Step 1: Choose a restaurant
Begin by entering your address on the homepage and press “Find Restaurants”. Whitecourt Delivers will display the restaurants that deliver to your location or are available nearby for pickup. You can also indicate what time you would like the food for and whether it is for pickup or delivery. From the available options, select the restaurant you would like.

Step 2: Place your order
Once you’ve selected your restaurant, it’s time to choose your food!  Browse the restaurant’s menu and select your food and drink choices.  Once you’ve finished adding your favourite meal items (and don’t forget the dessert), press on the “Checkout” button.

Step 3: Checkout
Confirm your order and pay online or with cash on pick-up/delivery. Your order is immediately sent to the restaurant and you will receive a confirmation email telling you the estimated time your food will be ready for pick-up/delivery.

For select restaurants, you can receive live order updates and real-time GPS tracking of your assigned Food Courier.  Just click on the “Track Your Order” link provided in your confirmation email or through the Order History section of your Whitecourt Delivers Account.
How do I know if the restaurant received my order?

After submitting your order, you will see the Whitecourt Delivers Thank You page. This means that your order has been instantly transmitted to the restaurant.

Once you receive an order confirmation email from us, the restaurant has received and confirmed your order.

Additionally, if the order was successfully placed it will appear in your Order History.



How do I know if the restaurant accepted my order?

After submitting your order, you will see the Whitecourt Delivers confirmation and order tracking page. This means that your order has been instantly transmitted to the restaurant.  You can view the status of your order here

You can always check the status of your order anytime by accessing your Order History.



Can I track my order on a map?

It depends!  Some restaurants have GPS tracking enabled - when searching for restaurants, look for “GPS Tracking” in the restaurant’s description. However, if a restaurant uses their own Food Couriers, you won’t have the ability to watch your Food Courier on a map.



How do I use my Whitecourt Delivers voucher code?

Voucher codes can be applied to your food and beverage subtotal upon checkout.  To use your voucher code, you will need to prepay for your order (credit / debit).  Some voucher codes may also have certain conditions and expiration dates.
Do I need to use the voucher in a single order?

Yes - unfortunately you cannot use the voucher more than once.  If your order is less than the voucher amount, the voucher will deduct up to the food and beverage subtotal from your order.   The voucher does not apply to the delivery fee, taxes, and tip.



I have an allergy/food intolerance, what can I do?

Whitecourt Delivers is not involved with food preparation and is not responsible for issues or allergies resulting from ordered food. All dishes may contain traces of allergens (i.e. wheat, gluten, milk, soya, peanuts, etc). Any dietary restrictions, allergies or intolerances must be clearly noted in the Special Instructions section for each item individually. You must also contact the restaurant to inform them of your allergy/food intolerance.

After Your Order is Confirmed

What if I need to cancel or modify my order after I have placed it?

Don’t panic!  Whitecourt Delivers is here to help!  Please contact us directly at info@WhitecourtDelivers.com or phone us to modify or cancel your order. Cancellation is dependent on if the restaurant has already made the food. Chat with us and we will see if the cancellation is possible.



Who should I contact to check the status of an order?

First, please check the Order Tracking page to confirm that your order was accepted by the restaurant. If the order has been accepted, you can view the live order updates on the Order Tracking page.

If the restaurant does not have GPS Tracking, they are using their own delivery service. If it is prior to the estimated delivery time, please allow the restaurant to continue preparing your food. If the estimated delivery time has passed, your food should be with you shortly.

If the restaurant has GPS Tracking, please monitor the Order Tracking page for updates on your order.

If it is past the estimated time range of delivery and your food has not yet arrived, you can send us an email at info@WhitecourtDelivers.com.



Why isn’t there a Food Courier matched with my order yet?

After the restaurant has confirmed your order, the best-matched Driver will soon be assigned to pick-up and drop-off your order.  Our system takes into account the time it takes for the restaurant to prepare the food, so our system may wait to assign a Driver until the food is almost ready to be picked up. Not to worry, we’re busy behind the scenes to make sure your food is picked up and delivered to you!



What should I do if my food arrived and something is not right?

You can confirm the details of the order you placed either by checking the order confirmation email that we sent you, or by viewing the order in your Order History.

The restaurant is responsible for preparing and packaging your food.  If something is incorrect or you have feedback, please let us know and we will work with the restaurant to make things right. Send us an email at support@whitecourtdelivers.com with the details of your order and your order number and we’ll help you out!



Why does my delivery ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) change?

The ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) uses live GPS tracking, so it updates in real time. Anything that causes a delay such as the busy-ness of the restaurant’s kitchen, trains, poor weather, etc. will cause the ETA to adjust accordingly.



Checkout, Pricing, and Payment

How much should I tip for delivery?

Your hard working independent Driver receives 100% of the tip provided. It’s truly up to you on how much you would like to tip.



Is it safe to pay with a credit card on Whitecourt Delivers?

Yes, Whitecourt Delivers employs all security standards and uses a leading North American payment provider, Stripe, to deliver secure and reliable payment solutions that make the customer experience convenient and dependable.

Managing Your Account

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you forgot your password, please click reset my password to reset it. You will then need to provide your registered email address so that we can send you an email that allows you to reset your password.



I forgot my username, what should I do?

Your username is simply your email address. If you do not have an account yet, click to create an account



Where can I view my previous orders?

All of your previous orders can be viewed by accessing your Order History in your user account folder.
How do I change my password?

You can change your password in your Account Settings when logged in.

How do I get my favourite restaurant featured on Whitecourt Delivers?

Please email us to let us know which restaurant you have in mind: info@WhitecourtDelivers.com

It would also be great if you tell the restaurant's owner or manager about Whitecourt Delivers and that you would like them featured on the website.



How do I sign up my restaurant?
